Sedge warbler
The species is common in Latvia and Lithuania. Sedge warbler nests in wetlands overgrown with reeds and bushes. The plumage on the top of the body is grey-brown with black striations. Lower back and upper tail are reddish brown, almost without striations. It has a bright, light eyebrow stripe above the eye. Insectivora. It returns from hibernation sites in Africa in early May.
