By visiting the Park or participating in excursions, you agree to these rules. You assume responsibility for your behavior and safety and that of your children.
Rules
1. Hundreds of different species of animals, plants, fungi, and other living organisms live in the park. Visitors help preserve their wetland.
2. In the park, visitors enjoy nature, protect and do not disturb it, and do not leave rubbish.
3. Visitors move only along the wooden boardwalk and rest only on benches. The rest of the Wetland Park territory is intended only for its inhabitants.
4. Steps and barriers can be slippery and dangerous, especially in the evening, during rain, and in winter. You must be careful and remember that you are responsible for your safety, as well as the safety of children or other accompanying persons.
5. Do not visit the park with cats or dogs – they frighten the park’s inhabitants.
6. Do not pick flowers and other plants, do not feed or catch fish, birds, and other animals – the park is their home.
7. Do not play loud music or cause noise – it frightens the park’s inhabitants and disturbs other visitors.
8. Do not release unnecessary pets into the park – exotic turtles, aquarium fish, and others – they threaten the park’s inhabitants and Latvia’s nature.
9. Swimming, sunbathing, making fires, smoking, and consuming alcohol are prohibited in the park.
10. Be careful and do not leave children, the elderly, or disabled people unattended, including in the observation towers and near water bodies.
